Starview’s Customer Services Team provides expert regional and headquarters-based support services. These services are customized to your needs.
Starview Customer Services include support through:
- Phone and email support during regular business hours (In Europe, Japan and North America)
- Web support via CRM site (link)
- Major software release upgrades
- Maintenance releases
- Documentation updates
- Membership in user groups
All customers currently under active support are provided with the following services:
- A web-based support interface to ask questions, report any issues and check status
- Contact with a Product Services Engineer through email or phone
- Secure download area for documentation, product releases and patches
