Starview's Solution Consultants develop a clear understanding of your challenges, environment and boundary conditions. From this, a focused deployment plan is developed and key responsibilities identified.
Initially, the Smart Enterprise Platform is installed and configured, and your lead users and key IT staff are trained. Following this, project information is migrated and loaded into the system, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are defined and implemented. Custom integrations and interfaces are developed.
